Supervisors
Are you a capable Supervisor with the ability to lead a team of CVG Merchandisers? Will you consistently build and maintain positive relationships with our retail partners, sales associates, vendor partners and our own CVG Team? This may be a good fit for you!
Key Required Skills/Experience
- We want individuals that are highly motivated, quick learning, hardworking, who understand the importance of client relationships and possess a retail merchandising background.
- Having knowledge of annuals, vegetables, herbs and planting background either from gardening at home or professionally are an asset.
- Strong customer services, communication skills and able to take direction and independently.
- Familiarity with Big Box stores along with the setting and maintenance of planograms is essential.
- Flexible work schedule with 7 day per week availability during peak season.
- Must have working knowledge of excel, word and email along with the ability to complete daily reports. Internet access and Smart phone are required.
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations.
- The work does require some heavy lifting (up to 40lbs) and can be repetitive. Steel toed boots are required.
This is a seasonal position starting early 2016 until October.
Rate of pay is based on experience.
Merchandising Representatives
Are you a great Merchandiser with the ability to ensure CVG product is represented to best advantage at the direction of your CVG Supervisor? Will you consistently build and maintain positive relationships with our retail partners, sales associates, vendor partners and our own CVG Team? This may be a good fit for you!
Key Required Skills/Experience
- We want individuals that are highly motivated, quick learning, hardworking, who understand the importance of client relationships and possess a retail merchandising background.
- Having knowledge of annuals, vegetables, herbs and planting background either from gardening at home or professionally are an asset.
- Strong customer services, communication skills and able to take direction and work independently.
- Familiarity with Big Box stores along with the setting and maintenance of planograms is an asset.
- Work a flexible schedule based on delivery times and weather conditions – weekends included.
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations.
- Must have Smart phone and steel toed boots.
- The work does require some heavy lifting (up to 40lbs) and can be repetitive.
This is a seasonal position starting early 2016 until October. We also have 6 week positions available from the beginning of May to mid-June.
Rate of pay is based on experience.
Organics Brand Ambassadors
Are you a great Brand Ambassador who enjoys interaction and engagement with the retail public? Would you like to educate the consumer on the benefits of eating organic fruit, vegetables and herbs and how to maintain and grow them (training provided)? Will you consistently build and maintain positive relationships with our retail partners, sales associates, vendor partners and our own CVG Team? This may be a good fit for you!
Key Required Skills/Experience
- We want out-going individuals that are highly motivated, quick learning and hardworking.
- Having knowledge of annuals, vegetables, herbs and planting background either from gardening at home or professionally are an asset.
- Strong customer services, communication skills and able to take direction and work independently.
- Familiarity with Big Box stores an asset
- Work a flexible schedule with most demos scheduled on week-ends.
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations.
- Must have working knowledge of excel, word and email along with the ability to complete daily reports. Smart phone and steel toed boots are required.
- The work does require some heavy lifting (up to 40lbs) and can be repetitive.
This is a seasonal position starting early 2016 until mid-June and can be combined with a CVG Merchandising Representative position for additional hours.
Rate of pay is based on experience.
